Welcome to Sea Trek's Alaska, in the expansive Tongass National Forest of Southeast Alaska's Inside Passage. Our adventure begins when we fly into tiny Petersburg on Mitkof Island, 880 miles south of Juneau.
We paddle through glorious, untouched wilderness where we hear the thunder of calving icebergs and the awesome blows of the humpback whale.

The Land of the Midnight Sun is our home for this 9-day adventure. Relax at our 2 comfortable base camps within the Tongass National Forest and at the mouth of LeConte fjord and the southernmost tidewater glacier.

Mountain peaks tower above the waters of Frederick Sound where Southeast Alaska's largest congregation of Humpback Whales returns each summer. Slumber to the sound of whales exhaling their tremendous breath in the distance. This is Big Creek, the first of our 2 base camps. We'll spend three nights amongst the whales.
Now imagine flying just hundreds of feet above the Sound looking for signs of whales below when you spot the first iceberg. Then, your 6-person float plane arcs and you begin your descent as you land amidst an amarda of icebergs larger than a house.

Welcome to Le Conte fjord and glacier. Wake each morning to a new array of ice sculptures drifting in with the tide. During our 3 days here we'll paddle up the fjord for a view of LeConte glacier, paddle by thundering waterfalls and explore the unique habitat of the Muskeg.
