Sea Trek was founded in 1982 as the first commercial sea kayaking business in California. Three decades later, Sea Trek continues to offer premier kayaking and stand-up paddleboard classes, trips, and rentals on the Sausalito waterfront and now Alameda. In 1978, Sea Trek started one of the first commercial sea kayaking tour companies in Baja, Mexico. Loreto continues to be Sea Trek’s second home in the fall and spring for international multi-day adventures. Sea Trek prides itself in providing the highest level of client service and satisfaction. Sea Trek is looking for dedicated, friendly and motivated staff to join the Sea Trek family.

As a Kayak Instructor at Sea Trek, you will be responsible for leading Level 1 – 3 kayak courses, providing instruction and guidance to participants of varying skill levels. You will play a vital role in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers, while instilling confidence and promoting a love for kayaking.
SUP Instructor and Guide
Sausalito, CA · Alameda, CA · Part time
As a SUP Instructor and Guide, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional instruction and guidance to our guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment during their paddleboarding experience. You will be responsible for leading group tours, conducting SUP lessons, and maintaining equipment. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options.
Kayak Guide

As a Kayak Guide, you will be responsible for leading kayak tours, ensuring the safety of our guests, and providing an unforgettable experience on the water. You will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of the local ecosystem, wildlife, and history, while also promoting environmental stewardship.
