CLASS DESCRIPTION
Sweat, get your heart rate up and cardio workout on the water! This class focuses on increasing fitness levels. Through interval training, drills and exercises, it will not only get your heart rate up, increase your cardiovascular capacity and your speed on your preferred craft, but also improve your skills as a paddler and add a bit of challenge to the fun of paddling!
We’ll work on an 8-week plan at a time with specific goals that we’ll achieve together. Whether you’re just getting started or you are a veteran paddler, the format of this class will present an adequate challenge to your own skill level and speed. Everyone is welcome!
